Before this, my company practiced using 26 days for salary calculations. But after few times i called jtk office , they currently advise to change based on calendar days. They explain, cos it is called monthly salary. Therefore your employer pay your salary for 1 whole month include your rest day. It means your rest day is paid also. But i think, we can choosed whether want to follow 26 or based on calendar days. Depend on your company policies. There is no right or wrong. And my company follow calendar days. ☺️
