Does ERP cover part time workers as well

I have a question abt ERP. From what i understand, it covers part timer as well. We have a part timer paid on an hourly basis on a 1 year contract. 1. she is on an hourly basis.if there is work to be done,she will come to office and we paid her for that particular hours only. Due to this mco (which is almost a month till 14th),she doesnt come to work at all (plus our company is also closed).2. In her case, we didnt put her on unpaid leave.it just company closed during mco, therefore she is not required to come to work and no salary for her about a month. She wanted to claim for ERP. can she did that?

My point of view as HR practicioner: 1. She is paid based on job done, now no job can be done - so no salary should be paid 2. Hourly basis, do she have AL entitlement? I'm assumed NO - so the requirement for Unpaid Leave is not fulfilled So I will say is not, but better double check with PERKESO.
