Can I know for the terms and conditions saying that company can not retrench the employees total 6 months, but the employee isn’t include the employee that didn’t receive the subsidy? Or just refer to the employee that receive subsidy and we can not terminate the employee with subsidy?

For WSP, condition is cannot lay off subsidised employees. If u want to terminate non-subsidised employees, will be subject to employment law etc
