My company got apply for WSP. But if my boss want to give half salary which means pay cut 50% salary means can ah? Is there need to prepare any letter?Is there any problems will occur later?

If your boss want to deduct your salary means your company is not eligible to apply WSP. Because one of terms and conditions to apply WSP: company cant deduct staff salary either to ask the staff to take unpaid leave within 6 months

If your boss still insist to pay cut half salary, your company need to prepare A letter mentioned that staff agree to cut their salary. This one must be made by mutual agreement. The boss cant force the staff.
