If one staff keep on unpaid leave since MCO, don’t want to come to work, no reply show cause letter. Can we just terminate her for the reason she not performing? She is under probation period.

What is the reason for unpaid leave? Does her leave got approved before going for unpaid leave? Company/HR always has a choice to find out the reason for unpaid leave, and whether to approve or reject the leave. If she is on unpaid leave without approval, you can call her back to work. Else you can issue her as absconded case or violate company rules being absent from work
