Staff claimed he had an Accident on his off day. Doc gave MC 2 weeks but was not admitted to ward. After 2 weeks , he claimed another 1 month MC. We have him in our list of WSP program. Can I deduct pay after his annual leave and sick leave ? (ps. Medical cert provided)

Tou should not deduct his pay because MC issued by doctor shall not be questioned. This staff case for long MC shall be under Hospitalization 60days limit. Those leaves should be deducted from here, not MC or AL2
