If employee only have 12 person & they are requested total of 52 panel clinics, as a HR how do we control over the usage & enroll for new clinics?
now they have selected 12 new panel hosp and 52 new clinics from the list. if standing to hr perspective, it is too much for only 12 employees, right? any opinion as a hr from all of u? Why need to have so much panel?
