Is it compulsary for employer to deduct for Zakat?

anybody here could advise about Zakat? Is it compulsory for employer to deduct employee's monthly contribution or we can request employee to do contribution by their own?

Nope compulsory..its depends on the company if the company want..if not, can ask staff to do by their self
