What is unpaid medical leave?

What is unpaid medical leave? How to hybrid an unpaid leave and medical leave? Is this still a staff benefit?

Medical Leave is with limit. so if an employee exhausted the MC, but still issued with MC, then its employers responsibility to recognise but with no pay.
