The company must pilgrimage leave 40 days to the employee?
Could the company remove this for confirmation staff?

40 days are normal duration for pilgrimage. But up to company policy to give or not. Its a benefit. Normally given to confirmed staff with at least 1 year of service. Therefore before removing it, you need to check your policy and also your offer letter/contract.
