How to count the mileage claim rate for a company?

There are a few that I know : Small enterprise - RM0.50/kM (car) ; RM0.25/km (motor) Big enterprise - RM0.75/Km (car) Huge corporation (banking) - RM0.90/km (car) . Last time we used to follow the petrol price and set the guideline. Car 0.6/km, Motor 0.4/km ,but recently I attended a HR course, the teacher shared that current rate is RM0.80/km.
