Normally you must able to speak in English as main communication with the customer. If you have a degree, is one of point for you to upgrade your career in hospitality. Since you start from bottom, it depends on which hotel you work for as they have their own basic & point for will get. You can demand your salary from 10-30 percent from basic salary base on your experiences that you gain.
