Can I request employee to take unpaid leave?

1) Employers are not allowed to ask employee to take paycut/unpaid leave or retrenched if employers are getting the PSU. 2) If you plan to ask ur employee to take unpaid leave, pls inform JTK at least 30 working dys in advance before the the action was taken. With this, you will no longer eligible to apply PSU. If socso catches you doing so while receiving PSU, they will take stern action against ur company.
