Would like to know more regarding PCB.

How much is his salary that i need to start deducting PCB, is it RM3,000? If I have a staff where his salary plus allowance is Rm2850. If include Ot, depending on the hours. Sometime will be over RM3000, sometime is below RM3000. Do i deduct depending on the month where is over RM3000

Yes..you should the e pcb calculator in the LHDN website..or in the payroll system, if you have one.

There are certain criteria for PCB eligibility. Please use the PCB calculator in LHDN's website as ur rough calculation. If u have payroll system, ur payroll system should be able to calculate. Provided that the system's software has been approved by LHDN. And please study the table of tax contributions also in LHDN website. It's all there. You will gain more knowledge from that effort

test check.... for single, starting RM3780, need deduct PCB for monthly RM 10.10... if RM 3770 to RM 3450, no monthly deduction BUT have PCB for 1 year. PCB deduction amount RM10 and above then need to deduct for monthly.

Use PCB calculator or use e-PCB for correct deduction
