Anyone from Sarawak here ? I go through the Sarawak Ordinance , it didnt mention on the overtime limit but i did see on a discussion but not too sure whether it is valid. My question is : At which level position or salary cannot claim OT?

Some company pay special allowance.

Some company give flat rate as for my organisation we pay RM 17/hr

According to JTK salary below 2k ot calculation based on EA, salary above 2000.01 ot rate will be based on mgmt. as for till which limit of salary can claim there is no specific regulation.
