Does phone allowance need to deduct by EPF?

May I ask about Phone Allowance will be deduct EFP or SOCSO or both? Before MCO staff get phone line now company stop phone line and give allowance so staff either using own numbrr for business or buy anothet number for business use.

Yes allowance is subject for both deduction.
