During MCO can the company deduct staff Annual Leave?
My company decided to have a 30% pay cut for months April May and June. Which we all agree (mutual agreement to cut cost for the company). However, the company also decided to calculate the days we did not work since the beginning of MCO (17 march - May 4). We will go on annual leave. Meaning we cannot take any more leave for the balance of the year + possible of salary deduction for dec pay. Can the company do so?
