What if employer did not pay my EPF more than 9 months?

Who should I contact if my employers did not pay me my salary including EPF for more than 9 months even after I resigned? The employer never sent a single cent to my EPF account despite deducting from my salary since day one.

For EPF, you can lodge a complain to EPF. For non-payment of salary, thats a clear breach of contract. You can send a notice for demand for the quantum of salary not paid. If still not paid you can sue the employer and this depends on the amounts outstanding.
