Do we need to pay employee that cannot work from home, but can't come to the office as well?

For those staff if work from home also not function, and government allow only 60%. Did company still need paid them salary?

Of course have to pay your employee. Or else, if you deduct or cut salary, then after MCO you will have no worker mah. They can & will report to JTK and your company management will be in trouble
