Hi min maukerja, saya nak luah. saya skrg umur 29. kalau nak kira pengalaman kerja, dah bekerja almost 6 years tapi tiap 2 tahun tukar company atas sebab berpindah. so latest company ni baru kerja 9 bulan and this is first time feeling nk resign sebab tak tahan dengan workload and cara company care about their staff. skrg post as Jr Exec HR kat one of company punya branch, ada almost 500 staff dalam branch saya. bila tengok balik total manpower dari mula-mula branch tu wujud, HR ada 6 orang for 1 branch, then turun kepada 4 orang, now only 2 HR je tinggal, itupun seorang dah resign. now tinggal saya seorang dan bila tanya follow up HQ, still no candidate for replacement. tak termasuk lagi how the way company treat foreign worker nicely daripada local staff.. try to be positive tapi bila hadap workload yg sepatutnya 6 orang punya kerja. saya rasa give up tapi dalam masa yang sama bila nak resign fikir balik baru 9 bulan kat sini apa next company will judge me bila apply kerja baru. pernah ke ada orang lain yang hadap sama mcm saya? apa korang buat and mcm mana korang cuba hadap this situation?
