Kerja 3 tahun dapat CUTI TAHUNAN just 17 days ?!!! Make sense ke ? Sepatutnya i have more than that right?

I worked for the past three years ! I start apr2020 And i plan to resign at the end of may2023. And sadly to know, i dont have Offer letter . Can i still fight my rights?

girl tempat i sudah kerja 5 tahun AL hanya kasi 12 hari saja lol i think it really depends on the company btw i sudah resign from that place sooo
