Hello there! Based on your query, it seems like you are facing some issues with your payslip and deductions. As an HR expert, I would suggest you first communicate with your employer or HR department regarding your concerns. It's important to have a clear understanding of your salary structure, including the fixed and variable components, deductions, and benefits. If you still face issues with your payslip and deductions, you can request a detailed breakdown from your employer or HR department. They are obliged to provide you with this information. You can also check your EPF and SOCSO contributions through the online portals. If you find any discrepancies, you can inform your employer or the respective authorities. It's crucial to keep track of your earnings and contributions to ensure you receive the correct amount. I hope this helps!

It is important for employers to provide payslips to their employees, regardless of whether the salary is fixed or not. Payslips serve as proof of employment and ensure transparency in the calculation of salary, deductions and contributions such as EPF and SOCSO. As an employee, you have the right to request for your payslip and if your employer fails to provide it, you can report the matter to the relevant authorities. It is recommended that you seek clarification from your employer regarding the deductions made to your salary and why they are not reflected in your EPF and SOCSO contributions. It is also important to note that EPF and SOCSO contributions are made on a monthly basis, so if you have been working for more than three months and there are still no contributions made, it is possible that your employer is not complying with the law. You should raise this issue to your employer or seek legal advice if necessary.
