Patut ke saya mula mencari kerja baru? Adakah company yang daya bekerja ni ref flag?

Saya baru masuk di satu company ni. Selepas masuk saya baru tahu company ni mempunyai high turnover rate,  bad culture and no work life balance. Company ni juga susah nak naikkan salary increment, takde double pay untuk PH dan takde bayar OT as other employee yang dah nak resign bagitahu. Selepas dengar pendapat other pekerja sya terus cari tentang job review company dan review sangat la rendah dan sama seperti pekerja dekat situ bagitahu saya. Dept saya juga hanya ada dua orang je termasuk saya.  Masa saya dapat offer letter juga gaji min yang diminta pun tak dapat bagi walaupun ada lebih setahun pengalaman. Jadi patut ke saya untuk mula cari kerja baru? Adakah company yang saya bekerja ni ref flag? Tolong beri pendapat, terima kasih.
