Short Notice Transfer ke tempat lain, tiada allowance tambahan diberikan

Saya nak tanya, saya baru 9 bulan kerja di tempat intern saya yang dahulu selepas di offer oleh bos untuk terus bekerja tetap selepas habis belajar  pada Nov 2022.. Gaji yang ditawarkan adalah RM 2,000. Cuma baru-baru ini saya menerima short notice daripada bos bahawa perlu di transfer ke tempat lain. Short Notice tersebut dalam masa 2 minggu. Bos hanya beri pilihan terima tawaran tersebut dan teruskan bekerja di syarikat yang sama atau perlu berhenti kerana menolak tawaran itu. Saya memikirkan tempoh terlalu singkat untuk mencari kerja lain memandangkan saya ada komitmen yang perlu dibayar, jadi menerima tawaran tersebut walaupun saya mengetahui gaji saya adalah sama.  Jadi adakah sebenarnya ia berbaloi atau saya perlu bertahan untuk tempoh setahun dan memilih untuk resign sekiranya tiada kelebihan lain yang ditawarkan? Saya perlu pandangan sekiranya saya dapat melihat daripada sisi yang lain. Terima kasih
