Tengah confused dan tak tahu nak buat pilihan yang mana satu ,kat tempat kerja lama dah kerja 2 tahun lebih gaji kecik rm1500 (ini pun sbb kerajaan bagi minimum gaji )tapi 3 elaun yg sebelum ni company dah cut di sebab kan gaji starting minimum salary rm1500 ,tambah dengan benefit lain yg mereka masih kekal kan sya boleh dapat dalam rm1700 ,tetapi bila dah tolak dengan epf, socso, net salary rm1509 sebulan ,kat tempat kerja baru ni pula offer basic rm1800(no elaun)dah tolak epf, socso total nett 1589.tapi kat tempat kerja yg lama ni .kerja tak banyak sgt, situation kat tempat kerja lama ni selesa sgt, tapi gaji kecik.tapi kat tempat kerja baru ni ,saya baru dpt offer letter ,saya dah accept tapi starting masuk kerja next month, sekarang still kerja kat company lama.basic tinggi tapi tolak epf, socso dpt 1589 jer, lebih kurang dengan tmpt kerja lama skrg ni.tapi tmpt kerja lama ni saya dah kerja lama.gaji first start kerja 1300 ,naik rm1500 sebab akta gaji dah start minimum salary rm1500,kalau tak ..mcm tu jer gaji 1300..kat tempat kerj baru ni starting basic rm1800 (dalam tempoh percubaan)tapi gaji akan naik selepas dah Jadi confirmation staff, tapi tak sure lah pulak environment kat tempat kerja baru ni mcm mana pula nanti, confirmation pun bkn nya ada tempoh macam company lain ,company lain akan bagi confirm staff bila dah kerja 3 bulan lebih kan, tapi company baru ni saya ada tanya confirmation staff kena tunggu 3 bulan juga ke?,tapi mereka ckp depends dengan performance kerja staff tersebut ,risau juga kalau nanti kat tempat kerja baru ni saya tak dpt nak learn quickly.dalam masa yg sama, sampai bila nk stay kat company lama ni dengan gaji yg kecik serta elaun b4 yg company dah tolak di sebab kan gaji minimum sekarang rm1500.how???????????

Based on the information provided, it seems like you are facing a dilemma between staying at your current job or starting a new job. Let's break down the factors to consider. At your current job, you have been working for over 2 years with a low salary of RM1500, but after factoring in three allowances and other benefits, your net salary is around RM1509. The work environment is comfortable, but the workload is not significant. On the other hand, your new job offer has a higher basic salary of RM1800, resulting in a net salary of RM1589 after deductions. If we compare the net salaries of both, the difference is not significant. However, it's important to consider the potential for growth in both positions. At your current job, you mentioned that the salary only increased to RM1500 due to the government's minimum wage policy. There may be limited room for further salary growth in the future. In the new job, although there is no mention of a specific timeline for confirmation, they have indicated that it depends on the staff's performance. This could potentially lead to a salary increase and more opportunities for growth in the long run. Considering these factors, it might be worth considering the new job opportunity. However, before making a decision, you should also evaluate the working environment and potential for learning and development in the new company. If you feel unsure about these factors, it might be beneficial to reach out to the HR department or the employer for more information. Ultimately, the decision should be based on your personal career goals, financial requirements, and overall job satisfaction.
