hi. baru2 ni hr ada bawa saya berbincang tentang syarikat nak berhentikan saya disebabkan saya mempunyai rekod polis yg lampau iaitu kes 10thun lalu. kes tu kes pribadi tdk melibatkan mana2 syarikat.

10thun lalu tu sya belum lagi bkerja di syarikat sya tgh bkerja skrg. semasa berbincang dgn hr .. dia membri sya 2 pilihan antaranya 1.syarikat berhentikan sya tnpa bayar apa2 pampasan. 2.sya berhenti sendiri dan syarikat akan byar gaji sya. sekarang pihak syarikat akan berhentikan sya dlam tempoh 2 mnggu. saya tdak mempunyai mslah dsiplin di syarikat. soalan saya,apa patut saya lakukan? adakah sya patut berhenti sendiri dan dibayar gaji atau diberhentikan dan tdk mendapat apa2 pampasan. bolehkah sesebuah syarikat memberhentikan pekerja berdasarkan kisah lampau seseorang?
