Company nak saman sebab tolak offer kerja lepas sign kerja sebagai Assistant engineer

Salam senior sekalian, nk minta pendapat hari tu saya dpt offer jadi assistant engineer company suruh dtg utk sign dan kalau tolak offer lps sign company tuntut pampasan sebulan gaji. Lps beberapa hari saya dah sign dan saya decide utk stay dgn company skrg dan sudah emel ke company hal tersebut. Kemudian company tu emel tuntut pampasan sebulan gaji. Jadi saya nk tanya perlu ke saya kena bayar pampasan tersebut dan legit ke surat tu sbg bukti utk buat pampasan ke atas saya dan apa akibatnya kalau saya abaikan tuntutan mereka?
