Notis dengan syarikat
Kontrak saya habis bulan 8. Notis saya dgn syarikat 3 bulan. Kalau saya tak nak sambung kontrak. syarikat nak saya serve notis 3 bulan. Boleh ke macam tu?
Im not pretty sure about this. But you may call Jabatan Buruh to confirm. Additionally, you may check the term and conditions in the signed contract for this clause. If none specify regarding your contract, then you can give notice 1 month only (please confirm with Jabatan Buruh too).
