What if the person doesn't have any job experience. Is it hard for him/her to get a job? Means he/she is a fresh graduate with no experience

There's company out there like to take fresh grad, person without experience because fresh grad nowadays didn't demand salary.

Depends on what job. If general , cafe, drink house, opportunity is very wide. If position job such as Admin, HR, purchasing, accounts, marketing and etc, nowadays is really need experienced candidates
