It depends on how you define 'family time'. For some it means spending the weekends together at malls/trips, public parks or just at home. For others it means just giving sleeping kids kisses on the cheeks or forehead after a long day at work(overtime to make ends meet) or after closing shop. It is important to at least spend a minimum of 20 mins with the spouse and each child every day - help with homeworks or just having fun. So 'family time' would be unique to every one. My thoughts...from experience, not from any books.
