How to start career in HR for fresh graduate

I wonder what does it takes for a HR fresh graduates to kick-start their career in HR? What are the relevant job position for them to be able to gain knowledge and serve in HR since I've seen that most entry-level HR related position still requires at least 1-2 years of HR related experience such as handling certain system and payroll.

Start with job Administrative and PR. before step in the court for a sport, most important is start with "warming up , stretching" Start with habit of record and filing documents or Administrative work. thats part of the HR tasks. all about black & white
