Should I get certificate from MIHRM?

Should I complete a study and get certificate from MIHRM (malaysian Institude of human resource management)?

Not that you should. But if you have the time, you can. Most HR practitioners took the cert while working as it easier for us to relate the theory and actual case at work. Easier to understand things that you did hands on.
