The requirement to become HR

I would like to ask i am a fresh graduate that just complete my study in  tourism and hospitality management course, but i have interest in hr. I would like to ask could i apply and start my first job in hr? May i know what are the requirement or information, skills for hr fresher?

basically is Labour Law, Industrial Relation knowledge needed, second will be attitude eg: detail-oriented, able to keep confidentiality of information, good attendance, fast response to any challenges.
