I want to change my career, what is suitable for me?

I've worked at outdoor recreation company as park operation executive about 3 years. My job scope about handling staff, make sure operation smooth, assist customer at park, manage financial and administration at park. If I want to change my career, what is suitable for me? My background study is Degree business admin marketing. Already go few interview but they said not experienced enough or not qualified.

Your current scope is much related to events. Based on this experience you can apply for job related to events organisation, perhaps also facility mgt or service. As you dont have marketing experience, will be tough to get a job in this area as employer prefer to hire someone with experience. But if you are interested, you can work with advertising company or take outsource digital marketing project to gain experience first.
