If the salary not high,the benefits are low, the working hours are longer, there is alternative on Saturdays, and the work is more complicated, it will not be too difficult. I didn't really like it,

but I didn't hate it either. The advantage is that it's close to home, about a 15-minute car ride. Ps, is a college graduate with little career experience. Should I take this job or look for another?

Based on your questions asked, you already got the answer, which is "NO" to take this job offer. Due to the only advantage is close to your home, I believe there's a lot job opportunities out there, that can offer you much more staff benefits, such as reasonable salary with a lot of staff benefits, normal working hours, etc.


If not, at the end, you will struggle when hitting by work stress. You will start blaming this company for long working hours, OT and your effort don't deserve this salary range.


So, my opiniong for you is just keep trying on applying new jobs, until you found one that you're satisfied with it.
