Can tourism and hospitality student start working as HR?

I am a fresh graduate that just complete my study in tourism and hospitality management course, but i have interest in hr. I would like to ask could i apply and start my first job in hr? May i know what are the requirement or information, skills for hr fresher?

HR is a job working wt people. Start your careers in people oriented jobs such as recruiters, HR admin or HR assistant etc. Best HR career starts from below.

Hi, basically is Labour Law, Industrial Relation knowledge needed, second will be attitude eg: detail-oriented, able to keep confidentiality of information, good attendance, fast response to any challenges.
