How do introverts excel in today’s corporate world?

The current corporate world is more incline towards people who speak up more often, think on the feet and more outgoing. Would like to hear the opinion of others on this.

Most important is to speak up when it is necessary and wise. Nowadays people tend to get confused between speaking up and being loud. These are two different things.

Introvert and speak up is a different thing. Someone is extrovert doesn’t means they know how to speak up. Loud with no content or substance is not speak up. Introvert can also speak up. With technology, you can speak up and express yourself thru WhatsApp. Doesn’t have to speak up in person. Definitely need to speak up and make yourself important and visible. Corporate or small company speak up is very important. If you always make yourself hidden all the time of course you will be hidden.
