Local or MNC company?

I am currently in dilemma whether to be loyal and stick with the accepted offer in local company, or pick up the second offer in MNC which i am really interested in the industry.

In this type of situation you should try and do a little more research on the career path in each company, the stability of each company, the type of development you will receive in each company. ask to talk to the HR or the hiring manager and ask these questions.

2nd....follow your gut! who did you like the most during the interview process, who did you get along with the most. the person who hired you will not only be your boss but should be your mentor, your teacher, your friend...maybe one day you will be their boss. Did you feel a connection with them?

I am also in the same dilemma with you. But there are things can be considered such as work culture, colleagues, career path and future development of the industry. You can also check the company rating in RiceBowl and Maukerja as reference.
