If your current job is secure, I don't know if I would take the chance. This isn't your mommy or daddy's economy anymore. We headed for a SEVERE depression and probably something like 50 percent unemployment. The grass isn't always greener. There are many benefits of being content, working in a lower stress job and in a good work environments.

Make sure you do your due diligence. You'll go from a stable job paying RMX to a job paying RMX+RM10K and working 60 hours a week.
