Need advise on my career development

I am currently in a intership right now after many years of working remotely as a community manager. My move into internship was due to not having any experience in working in a formal office setting. As Im quite enjoyed in this company atmoshpere, I'm not sure should i reach out to moe better options

Just continue to take a full time position in th same company and at the same time negotiate your salary if you can.

Given the current situation, u better stay first and try nego for better salary & benefits(if possible)
