How long should I work at my first job?

As in long enough to prove that I have been considering well before moving on

The time to leave ANY job, is when you can get something like 50% increase in pay for leaving. Your current job must be willing to pay +25% to keep you, because good workers are hard to find, and somebody will pay MORE for you.
