Its really subjective. it is more depending on qualification, years of experience, skillset and position.

Its a good start (if you are a fresh grad. dont compare with others. This kind of mindset will demotivate you.

2.5k as admin is considered quite high. But don't just stop here. Try to upskills yourself in other areas as well.

In KL, salary below RM3k is considered very low.

I would say its quite fair for a degree holder. It i were you, i'll take it first, learn, and then look for other job as well.
