My colleauges always OT, but I dont, is that ok?

I stick to my working hour(9-5) but most of my colleagues will work until 9-10 and sending email midgnight. I feel kinda guilty as i never done that before... Please advise

Don't be guilty. They are not being hardworking. They are actually not good at their time management skills.

It's perfectly fine if you manged to induce efficiency in your work. There is no way to tell if employees who stay back are actually more productive.
