How much increment can i ask for my next job?

How much increment can i expect after work? I am a fresh grad with 1 year working experience in this industry, my salary now is RM 3,000. Is it possible to get RM4,000 which is around 30% ? Or is it too high?

That's too much. Averagely ranging frm 5-10% unless you have a promotion.
