HR Administrators are responsible for taking care of different factors between an organization's management and employees. HR Administrative Assistants support management level staff and perform a variety of tasks. The primary duty of an HR Administrative Assistant is to collect and manage all data pertaining to a business' employees, but they are also involved in the recruiting, hiring and training of new employees. HR Assistant is an entry-level role in HR. Which is also HR Coordinator as a matter of fact. However, HR Coordinator looks better as a title and when we called it a Coordinator, we received higher level candidates.
