Hi Ricebowl. I know it is not good if I leave my company without noticing. But since I already talk about this with my boss before,I think he understand my situation.
Because I think that I can go to other country such as Singapore to earn higher income. So I have decided to stop my work and look for new job. However, I did not give resignation letter to my boss.
For my advice, I would suggest you to write a basic resignation letter when you’re leaving your current jobs. It helps make you seem more professional. The real reason to write a resignation letter is to create a paper trail documenting that you have given notice even you already resign in verbally but its not enough.
