How to know if you are the right candidate for the job? My working experience teaches me a lot of things on my skills and I don't really have a specific specialisation.
I tried many times to apply for the vacancy that I thought would suit but the once the employers saw my experience, most of them would just reject it as I don't have the specialisation that they want.

We always learn informal education in the office so we have a lot of skills but not specialize enough so what would i recommend for you to do, is to find courses that can give you certificate. Once that you have certificate, employer will start giving you a chance for you to improve yourself. Other than that, I strongly recommend for your job description in your resume, do explain with details. You can include what you achieved after you have done the tasks.
