My job is culturally and environmentally toxic. It affected my mental and relationship with my wife, but I still do not have another job lined up. Please help me. Should I leave immediately?

My new job begun around 2 months ago and it is really miserable. A lot of people have resigned. The company are starting to have problem. Is there by any chance my job searching gonna be difficult?

In my opinion, I would suggest u to list down all the pros and cons of leaving the company and decide the best for u and your family. May God ease u sir.
