Cybercafe? They are somehow allowed to be open up until 8 but thats that.

I rasa you boleh try apply kat 7-e or any outlet yang ada 24 hours but unfortunately these day, I rasa susah sikit kot. Sebab with all the restrictions, some more kedai pun paling last buka sampai pukul 12 je.
