Hi, assuming that you're not a citizen from your question and in my view as HR practitioner in the industry. It's very unlikely for that to happen. First of all, most countries have laws to protect the interest of its citizens in terms of work viability. Then, there's legislative body that regulates and approves Employment Passes issuance to FKWs. Unless you have the skills that is not available to its citizen, and is highly sought after by employers in the industry you're vying in then it would be impossible for you to get in; especially in the midst of pandemic. It might change in the future, but for now this is the situation. As you understand that employment rate has increased tremendously in recent months, the probability for you to see any light at the end of the tunnel would probably be prolonged. But all the best in your job hunt.
